I’m heading to Nashville, TN tomorrow evening and I’ve never been. I’m trying to compile a last-minute list of 5 things I must do while I’m there. A must is good food. I’m looking for a great BBQ joint, which I think is more of Memphis’ deal, but I’m open to seeing what other cities do. Anyone have some tips they want to share?

Well, I assume you’ve got the Grand Ole Opry on the list. I also recommend looking around Opryland which is right next door, the lobby is incredidible. Just like a huge indoor jungle. They have a bunch of places to eat but I can’t say I’d recommend them over other, more native, Nashville places. And there is an outlet mall next door as well which was fabulous for shoe shopping five years ago.
